I had nearly 1500 AP and the damage was really inconsistent. Close range damage is high but there's cooldown, you just have to move between each heal cast (I shouldn't need to tell you this ._.)
That's a nice theory and it would make sense. Doesn't it get hard capped at 255 though? Or does it go past that even if it's not shown in the character info bar?
Edit: I know about the (+xx), but afaik that doesn't increase with levels, only with bonus dex from items.

However, it's not like at level 80 your items will necessarily be much better compared to 62 (at least in this server). There's no level requirement on most items. Therefore there's no reason for the difference to be this big if we were to follow your theory.
The damage calculation is very specific in which types of skills are less random, your archer skills are in the group that can hit anywhere from 60-160% damage (as are any other types of skills that are not close-ranged). Say your R attack hits for 300, your shadow hunter(?) deals 300% of this, but in reality it will hit anywhere from (900 * 0.6) ~ ( 900 * 1.6). That's why your damage is so off. I personally have no idea how archer damage works on USKO (e.g. 60-160% group or 100-130% group), but this is the way it works in the old source and in the 1298 official binaries.

Suggestion:
Can't you make the bosses spawn at random times to the random minutes it spawn? Seems like bosses are just spawning at different hourly time. Couple of big clans will come to CZ kill two or three bosses and leave because they know nothing else will spawn for the next hour.
Example: instead of Bishop spawning every 4 hours, Duke every 6 hours and Bach every 8 hours, make it so they spawn between 4-8 hours so no one will know the next time they will spawn?

*bosses still spawn at the exact time in bowl which means few human parties are always ready to kill them

Someone should create english clan, i keep getting PM's daily from players looking proper clan so it would take less than few days of getting proper clan going on.
