It's a licensing issue. Mgame sold the license of US and Turkey to k2, so other versions of KO have to block them.

Next Lunar War will be 10/15/2011, Noon, Eastern Time (Same time as 2nd lnar war, Cwest wars...), the beta will close Sunday 10/16/2011, Noon Eastern Time(again, same time as 2nd war)

um, one suggestion and i know a few people disagree with me but i think you should do a maximum of like +8 and +2 uniques on EUKO I think that'll make the game more balanced and fun. (yes, this is coming from a person who has had +9s and +3s)
